What's included in Perfect Pour's mobile espresso catering service?

Our San Jose-based mobile espresso service includes professional baristas, a stylish service cart, and all necessary supplies (cups, coffee, dairy, syrups). Our flat rate pricing covers drinks, travel within the Bay Area, setup, and breakdown.

How many guests can you serve at my San Jose event?

Our efficient baristas can serve 50-60 drinks per hour each. One barista can serve up to 180 guests over 3 hours. For larger events or shorter service windows, we can provide multiple baristas to ensure quick service.

What drink options do you offer besides coffee?

Beyond our premium espresso drinks, we offer hot chocolate, which is included in in the price. Black brewed coffee and tea costs extra

What are your setup requirements?

We keep it simple! We need a 7x5 foot space per set up, standard power outlets (one dedicated circuit per cart), and wheelchair-accessible location. No sink or special equipment needed - we're fully self-contained.

Do you offer outdoor service in the Bay Area?

Yes! We love serving both indoor and outdoor events in San Jose and surrounding areas. We just need covering/awning for weather protection. For cooler events (below 40°F), we require propane heaters and three-sided enclosure for optimal service.

How far do you travel from San Jose?

We serve the entire Bay Area and regularly travel up to 50 miles from San Jose. For events beyond 50 miles, additional travel fees apply.
